Jansen Maritim roller shutters convince by their aesthetical steel and stainless steel execution. They were inspected and approved as fire barriers according to the latest IMO resolutions MSC.61(67) – FTP code, IMO MSC/Cir 1120. In case of fire the shutter will be released via smoke and temperature detectors and shuts down controlledly.
Roller curtain:
The curtain consists of galvanized, 0.8 mm thick and 56 mm high single-walled steel slats. The slats are hingelike joined. Steel end pieces prevent side-ways displacement of the slats. The end profile is made screwed and equipped with permanently flexible textile seal.
Guide rails:
The guide rail consists of bevelled, galvanized steel profiles in screwed version. The mounting screws are hidden within the guide rail. Guide rails are available with welded or screwed connections.
Bearing bracket:
Drive, bearing and end stops are mounted on bearing brackets. Bearing brackets consist of 4 mm thick sheet steel and are screwed to the lateral guide rails.
Electrical drive:
The electrical drive consists of a tubular motor with a built-in centrifugal governor. The power of the motor is 230 V and 50-60 Hz. Closing takes place via dead weight according to the "Gravity-Fail-Save"-principle.
Sprocket motor:
The sprocket motor consists of a gear drive with an output of 400 V and 50-60 Hz. The sprocket motor is also equipped with a chain transmission to the winding shaft and a built-in centrifugal governor. Closing takes place via dead weight according to the "Gravity-Fail-Save"-principle.
