Door leaf:
Soundproofing door certified according to DIN EN ISO 140-3. This door reaches a soundproofing value of 41 dB (A) (Rw,P). The door leaf consists of an aluminium bar construction of 80 mm thick profiles.
The castors are inserted in the front side of the section and are not visible in mounted condition. The sections consist of natural aluminium, with soundproofing filling. Starting at a door width of 4000 mm, a centre muntin is set.
The floor and lintel sealing is of EPDM-Profiles with lip seal. Door leaf in closed design.
Surface:
The surface is natural aluminium. The coating can be painted in RAL to choice if so required.
Fittings:
Standard fittings for a lintel height of 470 mm to 750 mm, depending on the size of the door. Further types of fittings such as high lift fittings, fittings for slanted roofs or vertical fittings are possible.
Guide Rails:
The vertical guide rails (aluminium) come with an inner and outer profile seal up to the lintel, a round anti-trap protection as well as an integrated track cable duct. Because of the division of the guide rails maintenance and service is very simple.
Operation:
Manually via a hand chain or an electric drive. Individually adjusted springs above the lintel ensure a balanced running of the door.
For large doors, doors with frequent cycles or higher speed an electric drive without spring compensation is advisable. This advantageous drive technology is very maintenance-friendly and ensures a long lifespan.
