Soundproofing door certified according to DIN 52210. This door reaches a soundproofing value of 35 dB (A) (Rw,P).

Door leaf without fitted lateral hinges, floor or toproll brackets.

The castors are inserted in the front side of the section and are not visible in mounted condition. The door leaf consists of an aluminium bar construction.

The sections receive an insulating glazing. The number of panels with a special soundproofing glazing are variable.

All sections are equipped with an anti-trap protection on both sides. The door leaf consists 40 mm thick profiles and is available in glazed or closed design. The closed design with soundproofing filling reaches a soundproofing value of 28 dB (Rw,P).

The glazed sections are E6 /EV1 anodised. The door leaf can be painted in RAL, DB or NCS to choice if so required.

Standard fittings for a lintel height of 470 mm to 570 mm, depending on the size of the door. Further types of fittings such as high lift fittings, fittings for slanted roofs or vertical fittings are possible.

The vertical guide rails (galvanized steel) come with an inner and outer profile seal up to the lintel, a round anti-trap protection as well as an integrated track cable duct. Because of the division of the guide rails maintenance and service is very simple.

Manually via a hand chain or an electric drive. Individually adjusted springs above the lintel ensure a balanced running of the door.

For large doors, doors with frequent cycles or higher speed an electric drive without spring compensation is advisable. This advantageous drive technology is very maintenance-friendly and ensures a long lifespan.
